I came to Stavanger (Norway) to join my partner. As I settled into his basement flat (and rearranged absolutely everything) I could not help painting my most intimate pieces to date under the never-enough-light of the Norwegian winter. The result was a series of works that depict our first weeks living together through the mundane objects that were starting to shape our newly shared habitable space underground. The desire for color, the shared possessions, and the invasion of feminine sexuality converge in a polychromatic imaginary.
