 We want happy customers! We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item, given that they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@rosarioveme.com and let us know what you are returning.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier.

Even though some of our illustrated products may be printed in another country, we guarantee that all orders shipped to Norway are delivered with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
