PAYMENT

We are currently accepting Vipps payments on our Online Store, as you will see at Checkout. Should you wish to use another form of payment, please go to CONTACT or email us at info@rosarioveme.com to arrange your purchase. All prices stated on the website are in Norwegian Krone (NOK).

SHIPPING

We deliver nationally to all of Norway at a flat rate of 98.00 NOK. 

Delivery times vary between 4 –10 business days depending on your location.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed holidays.

Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.​

 

SECURE PACKAGING

We work hard to ensure that your carefully chosen purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Should you still receive a damaged product or have any complaints, please email us at info@rosarioveme.com and we will do our best to accommodate you and address the issue, as it is your right according to the Norwegian Consumer Authority. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We want happy customers! We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item, given that they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at  info@rosarioveme.com and let us know what you are returning.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier. ​
